Scope of work includes financial projections, product strategy, marketing strategy, creation of additional revenue streams, network and partnership alliances with developers, mall owners and hotel owners.
Success story : New Revenue Stream using C2ME’s proprietary technology. Product development strategy was expanded to include electrical adapters, switches and devices (e.g. aircon remote control and extension plugs) for the smart home/office/hotel without having to embark on major retrofitting. This resulted in commercial viability for building owners as well as mass market penetration.
